Delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
Delivery charges usually range between Rs. 150 – Rs. 300, depending on your city and the parcel’s weight. Some orders may qualify for Free Delivery (on promotions or larger purchases).
How long will delivery take?
Within the same city: 1–2 working days
Other cities: 3–5 working days
Remote areas: 5–7 working days
What exactly happens after ordering?
Once your order is confirmed, our team Made a Confimation call And Then carefully packs it and hands it over to the courier. You’ll receive a Tracking ID via SMS, WhatsApp, or Email so you can track your parcel online.
Where can I view my sales receipt?
We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You can pay for your order once it is delivered to your doorstep.
How do I add a gift receipt to an order?
Currently, we do not offer separate gift receipts. However, you can mention in the Order Notes section that it’s a gift, and we’ll try to adjust the packaging accordingly.
How long do I have to return an order?
You have up to 7 days after receiving your order to request a return or exchange, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging.
⚠️ Please note: Return delivery charges will have to be paid by the customer.
✅ However, if you receive a wrong or damaged product, we will cover the return delivery charges and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
